A fit score, not a chance of winning.
Research before the bid.
Understand the fit, requirements, past awardees of similar work, labor pricing context, and teaming options before you commit proposal time.
Pre-Bid Research Package · $1,500 per contract. Starts from a posted solicitation. The depth of the research depends on the solicitation documents and other available source material.
Get the research behind the decision.
When you do not have a capture team, the research can compete with everything else on your plate. This package brings the key questions about one posted opportunity into a structured set of documents.
Does it fit your business?
A 0–100 fit score, not a chance of winning. Review it alongside the opportunity and your stated capabilities.
What does the solicitation ask for?
Organise requirements with section references so you can see what needs to be addressed.
Who has won similar work?
Review firms that received similar federal awards in the public record. This is historical context, not a forecast.
What should you consider next?
Bring pricing context, potential teaming options, and a structured capture plan into one view.

Proposal writing
We write proposals for selected bids. Scope, price and timing are confirmed per bid before any work starts.
Follow the evidence. Respect its limits.
Research is only useful when you can see what supports it—and where the available record stops.
The compliance heat map is colour-coded against the capability information you provide.
From posted solicitation to useful working documents.
You do not need another system to learn. The process is built around the contract you are evaluating and the source material available.
Discuss the contract
Share the posted solicitation or notice and describe what you need to evaluate.
Research the opportunity
Available solicitation documents and public federal records inform the analysis.
Review the documents
A human operator reviews every deliverable before it is sent.
Receive Word documents
Your deliverables arrive by email as standard Word documents.
Start with one contract. Add monitoring when it helps.
Choose research for a specific posted solicitation, or ask about operator-led monitoring of a contract and agency.

The depth of a research package depends on the solicitation documents and other available source material. Proposal writing is scoped, priced, and timed per selected bid before work begins.
Know what you’re buying.
The package is a research service for one opportunity, not a software subscription or a prediction of the outcome.
What do I need to get started?
The current Pre-Bid Research Package starts from a posted solicitation. The analysis can be more complete when you provide the solicitation documents. With only public notice data available, the package may be much thinner.
Does the fit score predict whether I’ll win?
No. It is a 0–100 fit score, not a chance of winning. Competitive analysis identifies firms awarded similar work in public records; it does not predict future bidders, award decisions, or your odds of winning.
How do you handle missing information?
When the available data does not support a value, it is stated as “not found.” Missing information is not filled in as if it were a confirmed fact.
What format do I receive?
Standard Word documents delivered by email. There is no login, portal, or software to install. A human operator reviews every deliverable before it is sent.
Can you write the proposal too?
We write proposals for selected bids. Scope, price and timing are confirmed per bid before any work starts.
How does monitoring work?
Monitoring is handled by an operator tracking your contract and agency on SAM.gov and USAspending. You receive emails when a new notice, award, or change matters. It costs $750 per month, with no minimum term.
Have a solicitation in mind?
Tell us which opportunity you are considering and what you need to understand before you commit to the bid. We can discuss the relevant service, scope, and timing for your request.
