Veteran-owned. Built for mission success.
Prime Recon Labs exists because small federal contractors deserve the same capture intelligence that billion-dollar primes take for granted. We built an engine that does the work of a capture team and delivers it as a weekly briefing — not a dashboard, not a portal, not another tool to learn.
Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
Built by an operator.
Prime Recon Labs is a veteran-owned business. The founder is a U.S. Air Force veteran with over a decade in federal contracting, supporting capture operations across Army, Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps programs. His experience is operational — a decade of firsthand work in the research, data verification, and competitive analysis that federal capture depends on. He built Prime Recon Labs after years of watching the capture process consume days and weeks of manual work — scoring opportunities by hand, researching incumbents across scattered databases, manually compiling intelligence that was outdated before it reached the decision maker. Prime Recon Labs automates the work he spent years doing by hand and delivers it overnight.
The problem with GovCon tools.
Every capture tool on the market asks you to do the work — search, filter, score, research, compile. The process takes days per opportunity, and at scale it's unsustainable without a dedicated team. We built Prime Recon Labs to automate the entire capture intelligence process and deliver consistent, accurate analysis — not raw data that still needs a team to interpret.
How we operate.
Operators only.
Every intelligence package is reviewed by a human operator before it reaches your inbox. The AI does the heavy lifting. The operator ensures accuracy.
Output over interface.
We measure success by the quality of the briefing you receive on Monday morning, not by how many features we can list on a pricing page.
No platform dependency.
Intelligence delivered as standard documents via email. No portal to learn, no proprietary format, no software to install.
