Prime Recon Labs ("we," "us," "our") is a veteran-owned small business providing operator-delivered capture intelligence for federal contractors. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors and contacts on primereconlabs.com.

Through Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
- Page views, referrer, browser type, device type, approximate location (city level).

We do not maintain user accounts on primereconlabs.com. We do not collect payment information. We do not collect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) on primereconlabs.com.
3. How We Use It
- Respond to your inquiry.
- Understand which content is useful so we can improve it.
- Identify systemic issues with the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
4. How Long We Keep It
Contact submissions: retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period after, after which we delete or anonymize them on request.
Google Analytics:user-data retention is set to Google's default (14 months as of the effective date above). Event-level data follows GA4's default retention.
5. Who Else Sees It
Service providers we use to operate the site:
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our team. Formspree's privacy policy applies to the transit step.
- Google Analytics — measures anonymized site usage. Google's privacy policy applies to analytics data.
- US-based cloud hosting and CDN providers (under standard data-processing agreements).
We do not share contact submissions with any other third parties. Client intelligence delivered under separate engagement contract is handled with no third-party access (see /company/security).
6. How We Protect It
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encryption at rest for stored data.
- US-based cloud infrastructure. No data processed or stored outside the United States.
- No ITAR-controlled data is processed by Prime Recon Labs systems.
7. Your Rights
You may request:
- Access to the information we have about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your information.
California (CCPA / CPRA) residents
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell), and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not discriminate against residents who exercise these rights.
European Union (GDPR) residents
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. The legal bases on which we process information are legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry, improving the site) and consent (analytics, where applicable).

8. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
_ga: Google Analytics, distinguishes users (~2 years)._ga_<measurement-id>: Google Analytics, persists session state (~2 years).
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers beyond GA4.
To opt out of GA4: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or use your browser's Do Not Track or cookie-blocking settings.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by direct notice. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
