Prime Recon Labs ("we," "us," "our") is a veteran-owned small business providing operator-delivered capture intelligence for federal contractors. This policy explains how we handle information from visitors and contacts on primereconlabs.com.

Through the contact form on primereconlabs.com:
- Name (required)
- Work email (required)
- Company (required)
- Title (optional)
- NAICS codes (optional)

Through Vercel Web Analytics:
- Page views, referrer, filtered query parameters, browser and operating system, device type, approximate location (city level).
- No cookies. Visitors are counted using a hash derived from the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours.
We do not maintain user accounts on primereconlabs.com. We do not collect payment information. We do not collect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) on primereconlabs.com.
3. How We Use It
- Respond to your inquiry.
- Understand which content is useful so we can improve it.
- Identify systemic issues with the site.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
4. How Long We Keep It
Contact submissions: retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period after, after which we delete or anonymize them on request.
Vercel Web Analytics: the hash used to count a visitor session is discarded after 24 hours. What remains is aggregate page-view data not tied to an individual.
5. Who Else Sees It
Service providers we use to operate the site:
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to our team. Formspree's privacy policy applies to the transit step.
- Vercel — hosts the site and, through Vercel Web Analytics, measures aggregate page views. Vercel's privacy policy applies to analytics data.
- US-based cloud hosting and CDN providers (under standard data-processing agreements).
We do not share contact submissions with any other third parties. Client intelligence delivered under separate engagement contract is not sold, shared for advertising, or made accessible outside the operational delivery pipeline (see /company/security).
6. How We Protect It
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Encryption at rest for stored data.
- US-based cloud infrastructure. No data processed or stored outside the United States.
- No ITAR-controlled data is processed by Prime Recon Labs systems.
7. Your Rights
You may request:
- Access to the information we have about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your information.
California (CCPA / CPRA) residents
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell), and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not discriminate against residents who exercise these rights.
European Union (GDPR) residents
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. We process information on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to your inquiry, and understanding aggregate site usage. Because we set no cookies and our analytics is cookieless, we do not rely on consent and present no consent banner.

8. Cookies
We set no cookies on primereconlabs.com. Vercel Web Analytics — our only analytics vendor — is cookieless: it counts a visitor using a hash derived from the incoming request, discarded after 24 hours, rather than storing an identifier in your browser. Nothing is written to your device, so there is nothing here for you to consent to or dismiss.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party trackers, and we do not track you across other sites.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by direct notice. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
